Trix Krispies?

Haha- yes, you read that right. Kind of hard to say, eh? Trix Krispies.... I saw a picture of this on, you guessed it, PINTEREST!!! YIPPEE!!

Bought a big box of Trix, some campfire marshmallows (big mistake) and I already had butter. The recipe is the same as regular Rice Krispy Treats but you substitute Trix or any other cereal for the Rice Krispies.

Melt the marshmallow and a little bit of butter in a microwave safe dish, stir in the cereal, press into a baking dish and voila! Trix Krispies.

Note: First of all, always get mini marshmallows or regular size marshmallows, never the campfire ones. They are too big and don't melt evenly. Also, I used too small of a dish and had 3 or 4 inch high krispies. That does a number on your mouth. I discovered the hard way that its best if they aren't over an inch high. Other than that, delicious!

Ingredients

Mix in a microwave safe bowl

Microwave until melted and easily pliable

Add cereal and combine

Press into baking dish. Enjoy! :)
