I am constantly fascinated by the sunset and sunrise. The other day I was driving home and as the sun was going down the clouds looked just like a painting. I could just see God sitting on the throne of heaven with his paintbrush, sweeping across the sky, up and down, across, over. It was one of those moments where I wished I wasn't driving so I could take a picture. It was absolutely beautiful.
Tonight we had friends over for dinner. The weather was dreary and rainy this morning but dried up enough for us to grill out and watch the neighbors build a huge-- I mean MASSIVE -- bonfire. The sun was a beautiful ball in the sky that hid behind the mountains faster than I could snap a picture, but what I got was just as pretty. You can see for yourself. Enjoy.
