Soccer Saturday

What beautiful, chilly fall weather we've had lately!

Beautiful Fall Day

Today Nathan had a soccer game at 10 am...usually I grumble about his 10 am soccer games because I love to sleep. I'm not going to lie and say that I love to get up between 7-8 am on a Saturday to go to a game an hour away. Not one of the most enjoyable things for me, especially after a long week at work. I love to sleep in on Saturday. By sleep in, I mean until at least 11. How old am I, you ask? Yeah.... I can still see my dad rolling his eyes and shaking his head like he used to do when I (or any of my siblings, for that matter)  lived at home and wouldn't make an appearance until almost lunch time on any given Saturday. Since I've had weddings for the last 2 weeks and due to scheduling, I couldn't go to the games. Even though its not my favorite thing to wake up early, I do enjoy watching my husband play soccer-- something he loves and is very good at.

In order to combat the boredom if I don't have anyone to talk to, I tote along my trusty camera and enjoy capturing some of the games most exciting moments. (*Disclaimer: I'll go ahead and apologize for some of the blurry ones. I'm taking any opportunity I can to practice with my equipment and try to improve in weak areas.) In the case of today's game, there weren't too many exciting moments but Nathan did score 2 goals so I guess that's exciting enough for me! :)
Since today is one of the last games of the season, I thought I'd better post some pictures before the season is over and I don't have anything to show for it. Enjoy!
